Description

This is a competitive, spares requirement for NSN: 6220-01-423-4293BZ; P/N: 2012-0110-03-1; Noun: Advisory Panel; Appl: MH053M/J; Func: Advisory Caution Light Panel/NVIS. This requirement is for a firm fixed price contract for a basic quantity of 12 each. FIRST ARTICLE REQUIRED. There is a Basic Year Option of an additional 1-12 each. There will be two out-year options. The first out-year option will be a quantity range of 1-6 each, and the second out-year option will be a quantity range of 1-6 each. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any concerning this acquisition. If your concerns are not satisfied by the contracting officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or the contracting officer, but to communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals in the source selection process.
