Description

SYNOPSIS: Provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to interconnect the existing fire detection and alarm systems in the three transmitter buildings and the operations/administration building and other new and demolitions work as specified. All work shall be performed at U.S. Coast Guard Communication Station, Miami, Florida. The performance period is sixty (60) calendar days from notice to proceed. The estimated price range is between $0 and 25,000 . Award will be made to the lowest responsible, responsive quoter. NOTICE: All quotes must be submitted with the required submittals on Section 01300-1 of the Specifications. Submittals are as follows: QUALIFICATIONS OF THE CONTRACTOR CERTIFICATE, THE QUALIFICATIONS OF THE INSTALLER CERTIFICATE, THE MANUFACTURE?S REPRESENTATIVE CERTIFICATE, FIELD TEST RPORTS, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE MANUALS. The anticipated award date is July 3, 2003. This solicitation is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237110, with a size standard of $28.5 million. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by this agency. No telephone requests for this solicitation will be accepted.
