- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the foloowing items: PLEASE PROVIDE A QUOTE FOR THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: 1. 22. ELEY TENEX ULTIMATE EPS RED 5000 PER CASE or Equal (30 case) This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposal are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FV304731200200 IS ISSUED AS A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. This solicitation incorporates clauses and provisions in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular. This solicitation is being competed full and open. This contract will be awarded as a fixed price and the delivery will FOB destination. Please include delivery time with your quote. FAR 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors? Coomercial Items, applies to this acquisition. This acquisition will be awarded lowest price technically acceptable. Offerors must complete a copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications? Commercial Items and submit with quote. FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions? Commercial Items applies to this aqusition. FAR 52.212-5 (DEV) Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders? Commercial Items also applies to this acquisition. Offerors must be registration to be eligible for award.
