A new date for the availability of the IFB will be on or abou t 1 July 2003 with a closing date for bids 30 days after issuance of the solicitation. Click on DABJ41-03- B-0001 no earlier than the anticipated issue date. It is also posted on the Army Single Face to Industry at http://Acquisition.army.mil.
