Description

NA CECOM Acquisition Center intends to issue a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to Blackhawk Management Corporation, Houston, TX in support of the GUARDRAIL/Common Sensor (GR/CS) family of systems. A requirement exists for spare parts for the modification of t he Advanced Quicklook II Frequency Synthesizer. Replacement items under this potential procurement include NSN 5998-01-280-2128, 5998-01-306-2252, 5998-01-309-2221, 5998-01-280-2120 and 5998-01-280-2129. No effort is authorized by the BOA and all require ments for supplies, services and other costs will be specified in each individual order. All Federal Government Contracting Officers may issue orders against the Agreement utilizing the appropriate contract type (Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursement, Time-and- Materials). The BOA shall remain in effect for a period of three (3) years. Interested parties should address technical inquiries to Ms. Barbara Johns, Logistics Management Specialist, (732)532-3032.
