Description

Furnish all labor, tools, equipment and materials necessary to perform mobilization, demobilization, dewatering, site preparation, excavation, placement of fill, concrete, and riprap, pipe laying, seeding, installation of structural steel handrails, fencing, valves, pumps, and grating, painting, electrical, and mechanical connections, placement of gravel and topsoil, and seeding all disturbed areas of the site. This procurement is part of the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program and is NOT set aside exclusively for small business concerns. NAICS Code is 237990. The estimated magnitude of construction is $100,000 to $250,000. Solicitation packages will be available on or about June 27, 2003, with bid opening on or about July 29, 2003.
