- THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT is examining alternatives for leasing approximately 46,000 rentable square feet of office and related space in Charlottesville, Virginia. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 38,000 to a maximum of 40,000 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet. Space must be located in a quality building of sound and substantial construction which meets ADA and UFAS Accessibility Standards and all local building and fire safety codes. Fourteen to sixteen foot ceiling height is required in a portion of the space. 31 onsite secured structured parking spaces and 19 surfaces parking spaces are required. LOCATION: Within the city limits of Charlottesville, Virginia. TERM: The lease term will be for 10 years with the right to terminate the lease upon sixty (60) days notice after the fifth (5th) lease year. OCCUPANCY: Required by May, 2004.
