- The synopsis entitled, CONSTRUCT CENTRAL HVAC PLANT IN RESF AREA, SOLICITATION NO. RFO4-03025, which was posted on June 2, 2003, is indefinitely suspended pending the resolution of acquisition strategy issues. The due date for responses and site visit will be re-established at a later time via amendment to this synopsis.
