Description

NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation, DACW21-03-Q-0039 is issued as a Request for Quotation. This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures specified in Part 13 of the Federal Acquis ition Regulation (FAR). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561210. The size standard for this NAICS is $23,000,000.00. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business. All responsible small businesses may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered. The Request for Quotation that will be evaluated based on price with award being made to the lowest responsible offeror. The purpose of this specification is to procure Cleaning, Mowing and Bul k Trash Removal Services at J. Strom Thurmond Lake, Clarks Hill,South Carolina. The Bid Schedule and the Scope of Work are listed at http://ebs.sas.usace.army.mil/. Period of performance will begin on 01 July 2003 and continue until 31 July 2003.
