Description

This notice incorporates AMENDMENT NO. 6 to Solicitation No. 263-03-P(BC)-0044 for the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Property Management Services IAW OMB Circular A-76. This amendment provides responses to issues raised and Technical Exhibit 15.3, and replaces Section F, Deliveries or Performance, Page 1 of 2. Due to security reasons, please contact Sheri Custer at (301) 402-3065 to request the Technical Exhibits (Site Plans and Utility Plans). All Technical Exhibits must be returned to Ms. Custer by the proposal due date in the solicitation. Offerors found to be in the competitive range may be required to give oral presentations conducted from July 28 to July 31. The Amendment and other information for this solicitation can be accessed at the following weblink: http://www.nih.gov/od/olao/oa/contracts/A-76.html. The evaluation and cost comparison results will be announced by September 15. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561210, Facilities Support Services, with a size standard of $23.0 M. All updates/amendments to this solicitation will only be posted and available for viewing and downloading on the Government Electronic Posting System (FedBizOpps) site at www.fedbizopps.gov or http://www.nih.gov/od/olao/oa/contracts/A-76.html.
