Description: NA This will be a firm fixed price requirements type contract. Contract shall provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, transportation, material and other services necessary to perform the following 1. Oil/Water Separators (O/WS) - test, maintain, pum p-out and disposal/recycle of oil, sediment and sludge from oil/water separators; 2. Parts Washers - furnish parts washers and personal protective equipment, PPE , service/maintain parts washers and change solvent; and 3. Petroleum Oil Lubricating , POL , Products, test, pickup and disposal,recycle of POL products. Services are performed at various locations at Fort Shafter, FS , and Tripler Army Medical Center, TAMC, area, Island of Oahu, Hawaii. The issue date for this solicitation is estimated to be on or about 30 June 2003. Response date above is estimated. Actual proposal due date will be specified in the solicitation and may be earlier or later than 21 July 2003. Period of Performance is 1 Oct 03 through 30 Sept 04 with 3 prepriced 12 month option periods. This procurement is a 100 percent small business set aside. A firm is considered to be a small business if its average annual gross receipts for the past three years do not exceed $6.0 million. NAICS 561210, Facilities Support Services.
