Description: NA U.S. ARMY TACOM intends to negotiate a contract modification to Contract DAAE07-00-D-S022 on a sole-source basis for the acquisition of the Phase 2 effort of the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) program for the M915A4 Truck Trailer. This effort will be negotiated on a non-competitive basis with Freightliner LLC of Portland, Oregon. The effort is being procured under the authority at FAR 6.302-1-(a)-2-(iii), with respect to substantial duplication of costs and an unacceptable delay in fulfilling agency r equirements.
