Description
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport, Rhode Island intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with SenSyTech Inc. of Newington, VA for analyses, modifications, upgrades, field-engineering, and in-service maintenance support related to Type 18I MIL-ADF Antenna Assemblies and Radar Wideband System. SenSyTech has the production contract for the Type 18I MIL-ADF Antenna Assembly and is the original equipment manufacturer of the Radar Wideband subsystem of the AN/BLQ-10 Electronic Surveillance Measures system. The major tasks are (1) modify and upgrade the pre-production Type 18I Antenna Assemblies to production-grade systems; (2) upgrade hardware for the Radar Wideband System; (3) modify the Type 18I antenna system to interact with the Cluster Snoop Common Emitter List chassis; (4) modify the Type 18I antenna system to interact with the Photonics Mast Upgrade and PATRIOT (automatic range finder) antenna; (5) modify and upgrade the ONI Type 18I Antenna System to a production-grade Type 18I antenna system; (6) analyze and recommend modifications to the design Type 18I antenna systems to support emerging requirements; (7) perform field-engineering and in-service maintenance support services for the Type 18I antenna production system. The resulting contract will be a five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contract with cost-reimbursement provisions. NAICS: 541710. Our department no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form. Instead, they may be accessed at our web site http://www.npt.nuwc.navy.mil/contract/.
