Description

REQUIREMENTS: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 3,000 useable square feet of warehouse space in Honolulu, Hawaii. Space must be located in an accessible location with good proximity to major roads and highways. Warehouse must contain a secure separate store room with dimensions of at least 12 X 12. Warehouse must have hot and cold running water and an ADA accessible bathroom with a shower stall. Warehouse must be on the ground floor with a garage door with a minimum clearance of 10 feet high by 15 feet wide. Minimum ceiling height must be 10 feet throughout. Automatic Sprinkler system is required. Warehouse must include an adjacent secure/fenced wareyard that can accommodate at least 1 parked car. LOCATION: The U.S. Government must will be evaluating offers with a preference for the following delineated areas within Honolulu, Hawaii: NORTH: Vineyard Street, SOURTH: Nimitz Highway, EAST: Richards Street, WEST: River Street, offers in other parts of Honolulu will also be considered if above mentioned criteria is met. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy by August 2003. LEASE TERM: Term is 5 years with 3 years firm with the Government having cancellation privileges after 3 years.
