Description

The United States Department Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Services (APHIS), PPQ PLUM POX PROGRAM intends to issue a sole source contract to the company AGDIA INCORPORATED. The procurement is for fifteen (15) plum pox virus ELISA antibody test kits. The contract will be a firm fixed price, FOB destination and is being handled as a commercial item procurement in accordance with FAR Part 12. . The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The NAICS code is 334310.
