Description

This is an intent to award a Sole Source contract Name Brand only with Aspect Technology, 811 E. Plano Parkway Suite 110, Plano, TX 75074, for 1 Raytheon PalmIR 250D Termal Infrared Imaging Device -75 mm lens -standard accessories plus additional rechargeable battery. The proposed contract is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only once source. Interested persons may udentify their interest and capabilities to respond to this requirement or submit proposals. this Notice of intent is not a Request for Competitive Proposals. All proposals are due by close of business 4:30 MDT on the 18th of June. A determination by the Government not to compete this propsed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely for the purpose of determining wheither to conduct competitive procurement.
