Description

Work consists of providing all plant, labor, equipment, materials, services, quality control and supervision necessary to execute the upgrading of two (2) sewage lagoons located at two (2) Missile Alert Facilities which are located in the vicinity of Malmstrom AFB, MT. The upgrading of the sewage lagoons must comply with State and Federal Environmental regulations. The Request for Proposal will be issued on or about 24 July 2003. Request for Proposal will close on or about 25 August 2003.The anticipated contract will be awarded on a Price Performance Trade-Off basis. The acquisition is open competition for small and large business in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The Request for Proposal is available only on the internet at http://www.eps.gov. Potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award. (See Internet site: http://www.ccr.gov). All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS Code is 237110.
