Description

To all potential contractors, the following changes are now in effect. The guaranteed minimum is $10,000 for the base and $10,000 for each option period. The lowest price technically acceptable source selection process will be utilized for this procurement and proposals shall be solicited on a firm-fixed price basis. An award shall be made without discussions to the lowest price technically acceptable. The new solicitation number will be F61040-03-R-0007. The Request for Proposal (RFP) package shall be available for downloading and viewing at Electronic Posting System (EPS) at http://www.eps.gov on or about 27 June 03. Questions related to this project must be submitted in writing to 65 CONS/LGCA, ATTN: Lt. James Lyden, Unit 7775, Bldg. T-615, Room 201, Lajes Field, Azores Portugal 09720-7775, or e-mailed to: james.lyden@lajes.af.mil. No telephone inquires will be accepted. All other items in the Pre-Solicitation Notice remain unchanged.
