- This is a sole source announcement. No ?hard copy? Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be prepared or made available for distribution. The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to RFI Corporation, 100 Pine Aire Drive, Bayshore, NY 11706 for 34 each ? EMI Filters, RFI Corp. P/N RF15116A. Direct procurement questions via email to: phyllis.j.kennedy@navy.mil. Note 22 applies, however, all responses received within 7 days (in lieu of 45 days) of the date of this advertisement may be considered by the government. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
