Description

The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to provide all labor, equipment, and material required to remove (4) roof mounted direct expansion units, replace with (4) roof mounted chilled water air handler units and integrate controls into operation to existing system. All work to be completed in accordance with specifications provided and contractor must obtain any applicable bonds or licenses. Estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The North American Industry Classification System code is 238220 and the size standard is $12.0 Mil. Potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration data base to be eligible for award. (See Internet site: http://www.ccr.gov). Contractors shall conduct a mandatory site visit prior to submitting a quote. The RFQ will be available on or about July 8, 2003. Only written requests for solicitation will be accepted. Faxed requests will be honored and may be sent to 972-308-1928 or can be e-mailed to ila.m.krause@irs .gov. See Note 1.
