Description

The United States Government seeks to lease 11,000 rentable sq. ft. of office and related space in Detroit, Michigan within the area formed by the following streets: North: 8 Mile, East: Livernois, South: Fenkell, and West: Meyers. The desired area may be made smaller and the requirements may be changed, depending on the mission of the agency to be housed in the space. Usable office space must be between 8,750 to 9,625 sq. ft. On-site parking is required for 50 vehicles, of which 29 must be separately fenced. Existing and build-to-suit buildings that meet Government requirements will be considered. The proposed lease is for 20 years, 10 years firm, with occupancy no later than March, 2003. The space should be fully serviced, including utilities. Proposals from brokers or agents should be accompanied by evidence showing authorization to represent the ownership. Tenant brokers will not be used to represent the Government in this procurement.
