Description

NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is DAHA92-03-T-0008. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation will be a 100% small business set-aside. The require is for a Virtual T our Multi-Media CD to include the following:Virtual Tour Multi-Media CD: Contractor shall provide a virtual tour multi-media CD for the Air National Guard. The CD will be used to increase awareness of Air National Guard opportunities. In addition, the CD will be used as a special promotional item for national conferences. Contractor shall modify and repackage “Let the Dream Take Flight” to include: - Compliments of the Air National Guard to include FYF slogan and logo and GoANG.com - About the Air National Guard (History) - Aircraft of the Air National Guard - Locations (map) of all Air National Guard Units Offeror shall include and submit with its offer a completed copy of the provision for the following FAR and DFAR clauses: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items. FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items and DFAR 252.212-7000, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items These clauses are available upon request. The following FAR Clause is incorporated by reference: FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items. FAR Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Condition Required to implement Statutes or Executives Orders-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition, specifically, FAR 52.219-1, Small Business Program Representations FAR 52.222-26, Equal Opportunity; FAR 52.222-35, Affirmative Action for Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era; FAR 52.222-36, Affirmative Action for Workers with Disabilities; FAR 52.225-3, Buy American Act-Supplies FAR 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-Central Contractor Registration.
