Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation FE206731220104 is a Request for Quote. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through the issue date of the solicitation. NAICS Code 334119. Performance Period: 30 days ARO. DESCRIPTION of ITEM and SERVICE REQURIED: A Laboratory Digital Imaging System is required to create, analyze, distribute, archive, and manage digital images of First Article Project components items. This imaging system must be capable of complete management of data and images to include the ability to import and export data and images to and from technical reports using a variety of digitally controlled laboratory instruments. THE DIGITAL IMAGING SYSTEM (LDIS) SHALL INCLUED: A DIGITAL IMAGING METALLOGRAPH, A MACRO IMAGING WORKSTATION, A DIGITAL IMAGING WORKSTATION, A COLOR SCANNER, AN INTERFACE AT THE (LDIS) WORKSTATION TO THE WR-ALC/TMACS/FA TRACKING SYSTEM. ALL LABOR, MATERIALS AND LICENSES REQUIRED TO INSTALL, TRAIN, OPERATE AND SUPPORT THE (LDIS). Government POC: Bob Nichols, (478) 926-9288.
