The TC-MILSATCOM office has released the 2nd Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP). It is located in the Bidder's Library (a password protected Internet website). If you would like access to the Bidder's Library, please email LCDR Dave Moore [(310) 336-4257, david.moore@losangeles.af.mil] to obtain the Internet address and a password. Please include your name and company name, address, telephone number, CAGE Code and email address in your email request.
