Description

This requirement is in support of the Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. The work includes demolition of existing buildings, construction of new 9,500 square feet pre-engineered metal building complete with office plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems and incidental related work. Proposed contract is 100% HubZone Set-Aside. The NAICS Code is 236210, the Size Standard is $28.5 Million. Estimated cost range is $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00. Plans and specs will be available on or about 2 July 2003. Bid opening date will be on or about 1 August 2003 .
