- Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to modify a previously awarded award sole source Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-03-G-4025 to Frontier Electronic Systems, Incorporated of 4500 W 6th Ave, PO Box 1023, Stillwater, OK 74076 for repair and field engineering services support under the AN/SPQ-14(V)SP Advanced Sensor Distribution Systems (ASDS) Program to add Design Agent Technical & Engineering Services for Research & Development. Frontier Electronic Systems is the original designer and developer and hence, the only known source for production of ASDS. Therefore, no other firm possesses the technical expertise necessary to perform the work that will be required by the Government. The contract will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). This synopsis is for informational purposes only, for the benefit of potential subcontractors. The Government intends to solicit an d negotiate only with the source identified herein.
