Description

THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS TO LEASE OFFICE AND RELATED SPACE IN MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN BOUNDED BY THE FOLLOWING DELINEATED AREA: North: State Street South: St. Paul Avenue East: Lake Michigan West: 1 -43. The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 75,500 square feet of rentable office space, yielding between 65,534 - 72,087 of occupiable space. Reserved parking for thirty six (36) Government vehicles must be available onsite or within a two (2) block raduis. Targeted occupancy date is April, 2005. The space must be on contiguous floors and a minimum of 17,500 BOMA office usable square feet per floor must be provided on at least two floors. The space offered should provide a modern office environment, which meets the General Services Administration's fire, life safety and handicapped accessibility standards. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent building ownership.
