- NA The VA Maryland Health Care System, Baltimore Medical Center, Radiology Service is soliciting offers to provide Medical Transcription Services. Projected period of service is from date of award (8/1/03) through July 31, 2004, with four (4) yearly renewal options. Evaluation criteria are described in the solicitation. NAICS code is 561410. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Only companies who are responsible and qualified with the technical expertise and necessary resources should apply. Electronic version at www.fedbizopps and hard copy of solicitation is available. Requests for hard copies may be obtained by written request to: Contracting Office (90C), VA Maryland Health Care System, PO Box 1000, Building 101, Room 26, Perry Point, Maryland 21902-1000 or faxed to 410-642-1102, attn: Jacquelyn M. Walker. No telephone requests will be accepted. The offeror is responsible for downloading all documents and amendments without further notice from the VA. All questions must be in writing and may be faxed to 410-642-1102 on or before June 30, 2003 by 4:00PM (local time). Proposals are due on or before July 21, 2003, 4:00PM local time. No web based offers will be accepted. Proposals received after the due date will not be considered. Companies are responsible for verifying that requests have been received in the Contracting Office. Award is subject to the availability of funds.
