Description

The Executive Office of the President, Office of Administration, requires a contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, and materials for the recording and transcription of speeches, remarks, press briefings, meetings, new conferences, news reports or portions of broadcast programs. Contractor shall provide approximately 6-7 staff to meet daily requirements and must be capable of providing additional staff to support multiple events. Services are required 7 days a week, in a variety of settings in Washington, DC and in locations throughout the world. Contractor staff must be cleared by the EOP Security Office and will be required to undergo a full field FBI investigation, and other background investigations, including drug testing. Contractor shall have staff available for duty within 30 minutes from the time of official notification. The period of the contract shall be one year, with four, one-year options. Request for Proposals No. EOPOA23008 will be available on or about July 2, 2003.
