- Description
- NASA/GRC is hereby soliciting information about potential sources for two, Experimental Design & Analysis Solutions, Inc (EDAS), semi-portable, linkable 32 channel dynamic data processing systems. These systems should consist of: Item 1: EDAS 64 Channel system Consisting of: 2 32 channel simultaneous sampling, rack mounted preprocessors, 2 DS-SD-32-220 Preprocessor software licenses, 2 100Mbit network interface and hub, 32 channel patch panel and cabling, 2 User interface computers upgraded to 19" LCD flat screen monitors, 2 racks and enclosures, 1 DS-SD-32-220 UI software license, 1 Onsite delivery and setup, Item 2. GageMapII software for item 1 Consisting of: Individual License, including Basic with Vibrometry & Optimization, and Cyclic Symmetry Upgrade, These items must be compatible with our existing 16 channel EDAS system. No solicitation exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation. If a solicitation is released it will be synopsized in FedBizOpps and on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service. It is the potential offeror?s responsibility to monitor these sites for the release of any solicitation or synopsis. Interested offerors/vendors having the required specialized capabilities to meet the above requirement should submit a capability statement of 2 pages or less indicating the ability to perform all aspects of the effort described herein. Please advise if the requirement is considered to be a commercial or commercial-type product. A commercial item is defined in FAR 2.101. This will be acquired in accordance with FAR 12. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for information solicited. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. Respondents deemed fully qualified will be considered in any resultant solicitation for the requirement. The Government reserves the right to consider a small business or 8(a) set-aside based on responses hereto. All responses shall be submitted to Melissa Merrill no later than July 3, 2003.
