Description

Description: Work consists of providing all labor, equipment, transportation, materials, quality control and supervision necessary to renovate building 850 on Malmstrom AFB MT. The general scope of this project is to accomplish an upgrade of the building interior and exterior and site to include but not limited to pavements, parking and sidewalks in accordance with the specifications and drawings. Request For Proposal will be issued on or about 21 Jul 03. Request For Proposal will close on or about 21 Aug 03. Performance period is 240 calendar days after issuance of the Notice To Proceed. The Notice To Proceed will be issued within 30 days after award. There is no winter exclusion period for this solicitation. The Request For Proposal is available only on the Internet at http://www.fedbizops.gov//. All responsible sources may submit an offer good for 120 days, which shall be considered by the agency. Award will be based on the availability of funds. Potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award.
