Description

NA The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or sub mit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information rece ived will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether future procurements will be competitive. The 106th Rescue Wing, New York Air National Guard, Westhampton Beach, NY, anticipates an award to Irvin Aerospace Canada, Ltd as a single sour ce action for repair, overhaul and recalibration of the FF-2 Hitefinder, automatic ripcord release device, NSN 1670-01-213-8145.
