NA The US Army Intelligence and Security Command, Fort Belvoir, VA announces its intentions to issue a sole source purchase order to Raytheon Company C3I, Identification Systems, 1300 East Joppa Road, Baltimore, Maryland 21286-5999, for the purchase of the fo llowing items: Item 0001, MARK XII MODE S IFF TRANSPONDERS, MODEL 1717 WITH TCAS, ARINC-429, PART NO: 4070740-05123, QUANTITY 2 Each; Item 0002, CONTROL PANEL FOR MODEL 1717, TCAS, PART NO: 4070741-0503, QUANTITY 2 Each; Item 0003, MT-4811 MOUNT FOR TRAN SPONDER: 4038850-0501, QUANTITY 2 Each; and Item 0004, BATTERY, PART NO: BA-5567/U, QUANTITY 4 Each. NO PRODUCT SUBSTITUTIONS OR EQUIVALENT PRODUCTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. This is a Notice of Intent.
