Description

The U. S. Postal Service is soliciting proposals from prequalified contractors for the replacement of the main incoming water line at the Oxnard CA P&DF. The work is to be completed in 90 days after notice to proceed. Estimated range is $100,000-$200,000. A preproposal conference will not be conducted. Drawings and specifications will be available from the prequalified contractors after 6/25/03. This is an owned facility. The proposal must contain the offeror's overhead, profit, bonds, insurance, and all other contingencies. No allowance for such items will be made after contract award. The minority subcontracting goal for this contract will be 11%. Offers will not be publicly opened. All proposal information will remain confidential until award.
