Description

NA The Garrison Commander, Fort George G. Meade, Maryland announced on 19 June 2003 its tentative decision to retain in-house the Army Substance Abuse Program (ASAP) Services function. This decision is the result of a competitive process conducted in accordan ce with Office of Management and Budget Circular A-76. The decision to retain the performance of the function in-house was made after a detailed study indicated it was more cost effective to continue to perform the function by Government personnel rather t han by contract. A 20 day public review period commences at the start of business on Friday, 20 June 2003 and will continue through close of business, Thursday, 10 July 2003. Documentation supporting the tentative decision is available for review at Buildi ng 4550, Room 114, Fort Meade, Maryland.
