- REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 24,610 rentable square feet yielding between 21,400 and 23,400 usable square feet of contiguous (same floor) office and related space in Bloomington, Minnesota. Contiguous (same floor) space is preferred. Space must be located in a Class ?A? building within a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. On-site reserved parking for one (1) vehicle is required, with additional on-site parking available per local building code. LOCATION: The U.S. Government will be evaluating offers from the delineated area within the city limits of Bloomington, Minnesota. Although it is not required, there is a preference to be located East of Interstate 35W. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy on June 1, 2004. The following list contains, but is not limited to, space performance specifications for this lease procurement: 1) One (1) on-site reserved parking space is required; 2) located near residential and schooling facilities; 3) Two (2) separate and mutually exclusive access points onto major thoroughfares; 4) Any proposed new construction shall require a setback of at least 50 feet from the building to the parking lot or any traffic flow.
