Description

The Government has intentions of contracting with Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation (73030) for 171 each of 5962-01-274-3513, P/N 5R8065-070A0002. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Since it is anticipated that the terms and conditions of Hamilton Sundstrand?s BOA will be used, a formal RFP was not issued and will not be posted on the DSCC Bid Board System (DIBBS). However, all responsible sources may submit a proposal for the approved parts, Hamilton Sundstrand (73030) P/N 5R8065-070A0002 and Aeroflex UTMC Microelectronic (65342) P/N UD36A that will be considered. The letter RFP opens on June 24, 2003 and closes at 1:00 p.m. on July 25, 2003. The solicitation is for 171 each Linear Microcircuits, and includes a 100% quantity option (171 each). The FOB point and Inspection and Acceptance points are Origin. See Numbered notes 12, 22, and 26
