Description

NA An Invitation for Bids (IFB) will be issued under DABK07-03-B-0021 and is expected to result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Requirements Type Contract to provide vehicle rentals for Ft Bragg, NC for various vehicle types and varying usage (rental periods) dur ing the period 01 Aug 03 through 31 Jan 04. Delivery Orders shall be issued as requirements are identified with specific quantities of vehicle rental types and anticipated usage. The Government reserves the right to return vehicle rentals at any time based on need. The ESTIMATED quantities are: 50 Sedans, 38 15-Pax Vans, 8 Cargo Vans, and 20 44-Passenger Busses. This requirement is unrestricted. NAICS code: 532111, Passenger Vehicle Rental, applies. The IFB will be issued and made available for download at the Fort Bragg Directorate of Contracting website: http://www.bragg.army.mil/www-doc/default.HTM. Interested parties must visit the aforementioned website to acquire the Solicitation and are responsible to check it often for other pertaining documents, suc h as, Attachments or Amendments issued, if any. Requests for the Solicitation will not be accepted through any alternate means. All requests for general information regarding the IFB must be faxed to John E. Flanders at (910) 396-9438 or e-mailed to flande rsj@bragg.army.mil. All responsible sources may submit a Bid which shall be considered, however, in order to receive an award a contractor must be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The anticipated issue date of the Solicitation is 03 J ul 03.
