- NA The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command proposes to acquire, on a sole source basis from Robertson Aviation, 1024 E Vista Del Cerro, Tempe, Arizona, the manufacture and delivery of the AH-64 Internal Auxiliary Fuel System (IAFS) 100 Gallon Combination p ack fuel tanks and integrated 246 round 30 mm flat small pack and ancillary Equipment which provides field commanders additional fuel with eliminating the self-defense capability of the 30 mm chain gun. No telephone request will be accepted. The Governme nt intends to award a contract under the authority and justification for Other than Full and Open Competition of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), based on the determination that the Government needs can only be satisfied by one source. There is no technical data pa ckage available. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. See Note 1 and 22.
