Description

1. The Coronado National Forest, Tucson, Arizona, is soliciting for construction service for restroom modification and installation at Hospital Flat Campground, Proctor Parking Lot and Parker Canyon Lake. Hospital Flat is located on State Highway 366, southwest of Safford, AZ. Proctor Parking Lot is located southeast of Green Valley, AZ on Forest Road 70. Parker Lake is located southeast of Sierra Vista, AZ on State Highway 83. 2. The project includes converting two existing restrooms at Parker Canyon Lake and Proctor Parking lot from compost to a vault operation and removal of the existing Hospital Flat low flush restroom and construct a new vault toilet in the same location. 3. This proposed procurement is unrestricted, open to both large and small business concerns, NAICS 237110, size standard $28.5M. 4. Contractor must provide all labor and materials to complete the job. 5. Recommended contract time is for 120 days. 6. Price Range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. 7.
