Description

Reconstruction of 0.27 mile of Scott County Road Number 4, Ouachita National Forest, Poteau Ranger District. Work shall consist of 14.41 stations of clearing and grubbing, slash treatment for tops, limbs and logs 4, util of timber 4; 14.51 stations of excavation, placement method 2; 890 cubic yards of borrow excavation, placement method 2; 376 cubic yards of crushed aggregrate type surface, grade class 4, compaction A; 1 lump sum quantity of mobilization; 170 linear feet of 18" PCCSP, .064 thickness, method C; 38 linear feet of 60" span, 47" rise, PCCSP arch, 0.079" thickness, method C; 76 linear feet of 66" span, 51" rise, PCCSP arch, 0.079" thickness, method C, and 14.51 stations of seeding, hydraulic or dry method (with mulch). All work shall be completed within forty-four calendar days from the effective date of the Notice to Proceed. A formal site visit will not be held. Prior to award Contractor must provide Payment Bond and Performance Bond each in the amount of 100 percent of proposal offer to Contracting Officer. This project is a SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.
