Description

This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Part 12, Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation to be issued; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation F13CEO31630100 is issued as a Request for Quotation. This solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 335313 and the small business standard is 750 employees. The following items to be acquired are: Item 0001 - Line Communication Power Circuit Board, Part Number- 14505122-002, (30 Each), to be used in Model FS-90 Fire Control Panel. Item 0002 - Control Access Power Circuit Board, Part Number 14502410-003, (30 Each), Mfr. Honeywell to be used in Fire Alarm DGP Board.The items will be delivered to 82 CES/CEO 231, 9th avenue, Bldg 1402. Sheppard AFB TX. 76311, no later than 12 July 2003. The FAR provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, applies to this acquisition. The provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications, as stated in the FAR, should be completed and submitted with quotation. The clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions, as stated in the FAR, applies to this acquisition. The clause 52.212-5, contract Terms and Conditions Required to implement Statutes or Executive Orders, as stated in the FAR, applies to this acquisition. Quotations shall be faxed to A1C Adam Vulgamore at 940-676-4113, or e-mailed to adam.vulgamorea@sheppard.af.mil. Quotations are due no later than 1 July 03, 1630 hrs CST.
