Description

NA Contractor shall furnish all plant, materials, labor, supplies, equipment, transportation, and appliances and perform all work in connection with construction of seven (7) lightning protection sheds at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. Work includes excavatio n, filling, backfilling, form work for concrete, concrete reinforcement, concrete for minor structures and preengineered metal buildings. Contractor to perform all work within 120 calendar days after notice to proceed. The magnitude of construction for thi s project is Between $250,000. and $500,000. This is a SAF (Subject to Availability of Funds) project. Funds are not presently available for this project. This requirement is being considered for HubZone Set-Aside. All interested HubZone certified firms ma y submit a written certification that it will bid on the project if it is set aside for HubZone firms. The certification must be in writing and must be received before 02 July 2003, 3:00PM (ET) in order to be considered. If sufficient responses are receive d, the requirement will be set aside for HubZone firms. Responses may be faxed to (803)751-5429 to the attention of the contract specialist, Lillian Darby. The NAICS Code is 238990, $12.0 Mil.
