PRON: AX360996AX; NOUN: Lever Assembly, Fire Ext; NSN: 1560-01-141-7529; Part Number: 70301-01013-047; Qty: 110 each min and 510 Max, this is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with five years Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) applicable to the UH-60Aircraft. Destination with delivery 110 each to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 110 each 315 days after contract award (DACA). First Article Test Report (FATR) is due 198 DACA. Required delivery with out FAT is 110 each 210 DACA. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling, or manufacturing restrictions. This Acquisition contains data which is considered critica l technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States. This information cannot be released outside the united States without prior approval of the Government. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted depend ent upon the date of release for solicitation. however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Firms that recognize and can produce the required items described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible s ources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
