Description

NA Under the Authority of Federal Acquisition, Part 6, Subpart 6.302, the USA Robert Morris Acquisition Center, Pine Bluff Contracting Division intends to contract with Air Techniques International, 11403 Cronridge Drive, Owings Mills, MD, 21117-2247 on a sol e source basis. Air Techniques will build a Raw Material and Low Flow Filter Station with Vibratory Tester consisting of the M13A2 Filters, C2 Filters, C2A1 Filters, M48 Filters, M49 Filters, and M56 Filter Sets. In doing so, interested sources must subm it technical capabilities, pricing and other information that demonstrates their ability to meet the governments needs. Detailed capabilities must be submitted to USA Robert Morris Acquisition Center, Pine Bluff Contracting Division, 10020 Kabrich Circle, ATTN: AMSSB-ACC-P Annie M. Davis, Pine Bluff, AR 71602-9500. This synopsis is not to be considered a request for quotation or proposal. No solicitation document is available and telephone request will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice but offers will be used to determine if a comparable source is available and more advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative wirtten response is received within three (3) days from the publicatio n of this synopsis, a contract will be issed to Air Techniques International without further notice. See Numbered Notes 22 & 26.
