Description

This is a notification of the intent of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) to award a sole source purchase order under simplified acquisition procedures for the purchase of services to develop specific forum agenda including topics, workshop process, and desired outcomes, draft of a forum design for team review, and a finialized design. This is a follow-on purchase and it is believed that no other contractor has the knowledge or experience to provide these specific services. The period of performance is from July 7, 2003 through April 1, 2004. Interested parties should provide information concerning their capabilities to the Contracting Officer.
