Description

The Department of Interior, US Fish and Wildlife Services, Region 7, Alaska, has a requirement for Unleaded Gasoline and Diesel Fuel for vehicles. All fuel provided shall be FOB Origin at the vendor's facility. Facilities must be located Adjacent to the Sterling Highway, between Mile Post 90.6 and 95.6 or adjacent to the Kenai Spur Highway between Mile Post 00. and 2.0. Vendor will be required to have a 24-Hour, 7 Day a Week, key-card activated fuel dispensing facility. Our vehicle fleet consists of approximately 54 vehicles, outboard motors, snow machines and assorted heavy equipment. Contract will be a Firm Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment Clause. We intend to award a contract for a Base Period of up to Twelve (12) months with Four (4), Twelve (12) month option periods. The due date for receipt of proposals will be approximately August 10, 2003.
