Description

The proposed contract is for Mechanical Maintenance Service at the Alexander Hamilton, U.S. Customhouse, 1 Bowling Green, New York, NY 10004. This is a Sealed Bid Performance-Based procurement, open to Small Business concerns only. Bid and Performance Bonds required. The proposed contract is for a base period of three (3) years with two (2) one (1) year options. The contract period is estimated to begin on or about October 1, 2003. The tentative issue date is June 25, 2003. The tentative bid opening date is July 29, 2003 at 1:30 P.M. local time and will be held at 26 Federal Plaza, RM 18-130. Any bids received after 1:30 P.M. will not be accepted.
