- SPECIAL POSTING ANNOUNCEMENT FOR CONTRACTING SUPPORT FOR NEW INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT (IQC) The Program Staff at USTDA seeks to contract with an individual to assess the need for an indefinite quantity contract for technical services to facilitate USTDA?s New Trade Capacity Building Initiatives. The selected consultant should possess a knowledge of government contracting procedures using the Federal Acquisition Regulation, sufficient to prepare an indefinite quantity contract procurement from cradle to grave for the USTDA Contracting Officer?s signature, excellent writing skills, public speaking skills sufficient to conduct pre-bid meetings, and to conduct other internal meetings with staff, good analytical ability to conduct the needs assessment and present well thought-out recommendations, and be proficient in the use of a computer to create all necessary documents and forms. The period of performance is estimated not to exceed six months. The total cost is not expected to exceed $25,000. THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) will be posted on JUNE 27, 2003. SPECIAL NOTE: TELEPHONE AND EMAIL REQUESTS WILL NOT BE HONORED. THE RFP WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOADING FROM THE FEDBIZOPPS WEBSITE ON JUNE 27, 2003.
