Description

The United States Marshals Services (USMS) has a requirement for towing, storage, maintenance, and disposal of seized /forfeited vehicles in the Northern District of California (San Francisco area). The vehicles will include production-sized cars, trucks, vans, motorcycles, generators, etc. It is the intent of the USMS to award a commercial item contract using Commercial Item Procedures with a contract term for a base year with 4 one-year options for a total of five (5) years. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. It is anticipated that Solicitastion No. MS-03-Q-0016 will be issued on or before June 30, 2003. The estimated response date will be August 1, 2003. The Solicitation will be distributed solely through the General Service Administration' electronic Posting System (EPS) web site: HTTP:// www.eps.gov. The EPS site provides downloading instructions. All futute information about this acquisition, including solicitiation amendments, will also be distributed solely through the EPS web site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the EPS site to ensure that they have the most up-date information about this acquisition.
